Dongle License
If you are updating the license information for your USB license dongle, based on an updated license file called *.WibuCmRaU.
Should you run into an error message during the update procedure these are the possible causes and solutions:
Update File is too old - If you send in a license request, make sure you import the updated license information a.s.a.p., because those update files expire within a week. |
USB port - The license information cannot be read, due to a communication failure. |

Missing dll - The CMRMTact32.dll is missing |
▪Request the missing dll and copy it into the INTERACT program folder.
▪In all other cases, send us a Screenshot of all messages to support@mangold-international.com
License Number
Of you cannot activate a license key, make sure that:
▪The key was not used on another computer, those license numbers are hardware locked to a computer.
▪A stable internet connection is available.
▪Communication with our license server is not blocked.
▪If it does not work, even if you repeated the request after a 5 minute pause, send us a Screenshot of all messages to support@mangold-international.com
