Even though our main goal is to make our software extremely easy to use, its vast amount of functionalities needs some explaining from time to time. So if you are stuck at some point, this is how we try to help you. This section covers some common issues that may occur.

Documentation
Each INTERACT package, offers a printed Quick Start document to get started and a printed INTERACT User Guide, containing the basics of working with INTERACT. Both the INTERACT User Guide and the Quick Start document are also available as a PDF file in the manuals folder of your installation.

All PDF files are available under C:\Users\Public\Documents\Mangold Software Manuals or on the license key, inside the folder 'manuals' within the ..\Mangold INTERACT Data\ folder, depending on your type of installation.
Help file
INTERACT offers a huge help file, containing detailed information about the application and all its routines, tips, tricks and trouble shooting issues. The implementation of a context sensitive help, for all major dialogs, opens the correct help page instantly.
