It is possible to assign specific scenarios to specific users, to ensure a user can only use relevant scenarios.

There is no GUI element for this and this feature is only available from version 4.15.2.

On role level, you can specify what group of people (Labmanagers, Administrators) may have access to all scenarios or only 'their' scenarios.

To assign a specific scenario to a user, the *.MVSScenario file must be edited in a text editor:

▪Navigate to C:\Users\Public\Documents\Mangold VideoSyncPro Studio Data\Scenario.

▪Locate the scenario for a specific user.

▪Enter the exact name of that user behind User =.

▪Restart VideoSyncPro Studio.

 

Scenario files WITHOUT a user entry are visible for all users.
