Because the quality of auto-transcipt tools has increased tremendously, INTERACT offers - besides the import of Data from ELAN and ALS - also simple import routines for some formats:
oVTT - Sub-title format for Web Video Text Tracks
oSRT - Widely used format for subtitles in regular videos
Import Transcripts
▪Go to Start - File - Open 
> Import and select the rype that suits sour particular file type.
