If no Events are created while pressing key to log Event, the following issues are most likely tho cause this problem:
oCoding mode not active
▪Click 
to activate the coding mode.
oKey not defined
If the printed key has not been defined in the current code definition file, no event can be created either.
▪Check which Code definition file is active and which keys are assigned to a code there.
oWrong window Focus
INTERACT cannot record any events if neither the observation bar nor the coding window nor the document window are in focus.
▪Click the Multimedia Window or Coding Panel and press the button again.
