Instead of using the File open command, you can Drag & Drop all types of INTERACT compatible files, directly from the Windows Explorer onto the INTERACT window to open them.

If an existing INTERACT document is already open, you will receive a message asking whether to Open or to Link the file you just dragged.

Selecting several files in the Windows Explorer and dropping them onto the INTERACT window is a very comfortable way to open multiple INTERACT files or observation videos at once.

Opening files works for:

oCompatible Multimedia files (depending on the operating system - Windows or macOS)

odata files (*.xiact, *.iact, *.act)

oKey definition files (*.ikey)

oCodeArchive files (*.icar, *.csy)

Linking file references works for every file type that can be opened by another program on your computer.
