Many of the typical Windows compatible formats do NOT work on macOS, the macOS standard formats are of course working fine.
We tested the following formats successfully:

IMPORTANT: VideoLabs using Mangold VideoSyncPro Studio need to verify their setup, because per default these videos are recorded as *.wmv and those videos CANNOT be played on macOS!
Depending on the available hardware and number of cameras it may be possible to chance the source type, to create *.mp4 files instead.
