If you want to include external audio to a Video Network Stream (= not using the internal mic of the camera), without using the standard Axis sources, and your external audio source is also available as a network stream, you need to create a Windows Audio Stream source manually:
▪Click Create new Source.
▪Select Network Audio Stream from the appearing Select source type dialog:
▪Confirm your selection with OK.
A new, empty source element appears at the end your Sources list.
▪Enter a unique name into the Source name field for this network audio source.
▪Enter the URL to access your network audio source into the URL field.
The correct URL to access your network audio source should be supplied by the vendor of the network source.
TIP: | To create the correct URL for the Axis P8221, first create an Axis source for that device, turn it into a Network stream, as explained in Convert Axis Sources to Streaming Sources, and copy the URL and paste it into this audio source. |
