If your configuration includes online checklists, you can provide easy access to the session-related Checklists right from within VideoSyncPro Studio.
Details on how to configure the required, local web server and how to create a Checklist is described in the Mangold Check-It documentation.
How to link one or more specific checklists to a certain recording scenario is explained in Special Scenario Settings.
Once the system is configured correctly, VideoSyncPro Studio and Mangold Check-It handle the rest:
oEach New recording automatically creates a corresponding session in Check-It. oThe Checklists panel menu offers a single command. |
▪Select Show QR codes to open a Browser window.
Depending on the number of observer groups in your scenario, one or more QR codes appear in a new Browser window:
▪Observers need to scan the QR-code that applies to them to gain access to the corresponding Checklist(s).
| TIP: | More permanent observers can also create a local bookmark for the Sessions URL on their device, so they do not need to scan a QR code at the start of a session. Default URL to the session page is http://192.168.0.2:8080/sessions They need to manually select the correct session though. Also creating a separate 'app' is possible in the same way as described under Creating a display app (only with a different URL). |
