If you are using a CodeMeter license key and your license is not working, or if we need to know who owns the license you are working with, we will ask for the serial number of your license key.
Identify Serial number of current stick
The number is probably stamped into actual plug - the little metal part of the USB pin (the part that is put into the computer).
If not, or not readable, you can check for the number in the CodeMeter Control Center.
▪Click http://localhost:22350/container.html to open the CodeMeter WebAdmin page:
