If there is no Coding panel available once you have activated the Observation Mode:
▪Click Start - Observation - Coding panel 
to force the panel to appear.
If this does not show the Coding panel, it is probably positioned outside the currently available desktop resolution.
▪Ask support@mangold-international.com for 'Reset all Windows' instructions to resolve this.
Note: Should the window as such appear, but no contents is showing, you either have not opened a Code definitions file yet, or the defined Codes do NOT have a Key assigned to them.
