Directory Issue
If clicking the REC button results in this error:
The directory "<Folder Path>" could not be created. Please select....
This error can be a result of:
oUser rights issue: If the user logged on to Windows is not allowed to create files and folders in the specified location.
oDisc Full: If there is no free space on the specified drive.
oForbidden Character: entering a character into the project name field that is not accepted by Windows as a valid file name character results in this misleading error message. The project name is used to create a folder name. Source names are used as file names.
