Whenever you start INTERACT, this QuickStart wizard offers you direct access to your recently used data files, recently used video files and tutorial videos:
If you are a first time user, no Recently used data files will be present. The listed Tutorials offer you an overview of the various possibilities and are therefor a good place to start.
The Online Manual gets you to a huge source of all possible functionalities. If no internet is available, a local copy of this source can be accessed through the regular Help menu 
within the application.
▪Clicking on the Assistant button, turns this QuickStart dialog into a small floating Workflow Assistant you can keep open while working with INTERACT.
