Export Results

As with all results in INTERACT, the content of a dialog can be easily exported. All data can be transferred to another program in different ways.

Everything shown in this 'Results' dialog is exported!

Arrow-Right-OrangeThrough the Windows clipboard - You can simply copy this data into the Windows clipboard (so it can be pasted in any target program accepting textual input)

Click on the Copy Btn_copy button in this dialog.

Switch to your target program.

Choose Edit - Paste from within this destination program.

TIP:This enables you to quickly create reports.
Arrow-Right-OrangeSaved as a text file - If you save the information into a text file, you can use this file later as an import source, store it on any disc or send it per email to a colleague - who does not have access to an INTERACT license.

Click on the Save as... Btn_Save-as button within the Results dialog.

Name and save the file through the standard Windows 'Save as...' dialog.

Arrow-Right-OrangeSave as Excel file - It is also possible to save the results directly as an  Excel workbook. This prevents exchange issues that might occur by sending *.csv files around the world (different default separators for csv files in Europe and USA).

Click on the Export to Excel Btn_ExportToExcel  button within the Results dialog.

Name and save the file through the standard Windows 'Save as...' dialog.

Arrow-Right-OrangeIn SPSS format - (Full statistics ONLY!) If you need your data all in one line per DataGroup (each DataSet representing as case), change the file type on save:

Click on the Save as... Btn_Save-as button within the Results dialog.

In the Save as type drop down list, select 'SPSS format.csv'

Name and save the file through the standard Windows 'Save as...' dialog.

Note: In most cases you can specify your preferred time format as described in Statistics time format.
