Mangold CheckIT is a flexible, web-based checklist and survey application that can be run in a closed network without internet access.
The required 'web server' is included in the installation package, and all can be installed and activated instantly.

The computer that hosts the checklist service must be accessible through the network for all clients. Users can access the Mangold CheckIT application through their browser when part of that network.

You can predefine Checklists, User Groups, and Scenarios. A Scenario holds one or more user groups, and you can assign one or more checklists to each user group. This way, each type of user only has access to the relevant checklist(s).

Executing a scenario with its corresponding lists is organized in Sessions.

A User group refers to a type of user, not an individual.
Individuals are not predefined in the system.

Each user who joins a session and fills out a checklist can enter a free name or ID during the session.
